@Ghost775

I have a LOT of respect for anyone racing a big ADV bike!

I cant figure out why someone would want to ride something 2x heavier then an enduro bike made to race these conditions, but my hat if off to you!!

Thanks, always up to a challenge racing bikes. Mainly race desert and hard enduro, I try and be as well rounded as possible.

What was the challenging part of the course for you?

Honestly, probably passing riders without crashing out. The VCGP is known for loose rocky (baseball-basketball sized rocks) everywhere, with little/slim areas to pass. If you try and pass in a bad area, riding a big adv bike could be dangerous. They run the ADV class on Sunday with Novice/C level riders and with 500 racers this year, there were a lot of people to pass. Staying patient when behind people was hard, there were big consequences if you hit the wrong size rock at speed trying to pass.
