Wouldn't it. No extra boxes and wiring...assuming it's not just Bluetooth lol

@sunndog yup I wrote that. But the battery doesn’t track. The SIZZAPP tracker tracks and has an app to see where you bike is. But it also shows your battery. Mine is at 13.41 volts right now

It is cellular connection with no monthly fee. good in 51 countries. go to sizzapp.com to see it.  read my review   on ultimate motorcycling 🙂

Put a new chain & sprockets on today and opted to go ahead and convert to a 520 chain.  The shop scale says the 520 set up is 11oz less than what I pulled off. Not enough to write home about however I'm sure the the bike is 15% faster now! 😎

Anyone have. SC tall comfort seat? The ‘gap’ annoys me - is this as it’s supposed to be ?

@Windblown, I have the 525 version of that chain and sprockets on the shelf waiting for the stock ones to wear out. We continue to have similar tastes in setting up out our T7s. 😆

@Lewie are you taking about the gap under the front of the seat? I've noticed it with my SC tall comfort, but it doesn't bother me.

Metzler six days tire. Pretty sure that means it lasts six days.

IMG-20240726-WA0007.jpg.efc70efa009b8014d01ade687cd45641.jpg

It was between this and the Anakee Wild, or in terms of cost it was Q995 vs Q1999. So if this lasts close to half as long as the Anakee Wild would, success.

Installed a ChinaAkra high exhaust.  Only took 4 days from order to delivery!  It all lined up swimmingly using supplied spacers.  The collector has 1/2" clearance at the swingarm and the can over a 1/4" to the tire.  Only mod was whipping up a rubber damper on one end of the mount.  I had planned on shortening the mid pipe and cutting off the stock bracket and make a new one, but I couldn't make myself cutoff my perfect bracket.  So far, I'm happy.  Sound test and ride tomorrow.  I also have a spark arrestor on order for the can inlet.

24029 miles and had the Valves checked: Intakes  all in-spec, exhausts needed shimming. Throttle body sync same time, and headset bearing adjusted. good for the next 24K!

Oooh she sounds good, not much louder nor different than my modified stock one except when you blip the throttle.  I removed the DB Killer and put it right back in, way too loud.  I didn't like how it was bracketed, so bent up the can's and made a new bike side one.

Thier's, then mine;

I also felt a buzz on the test ride so whipped up a midpipe bracket and clamp ala Huzzar.  With some readjusting, I've increased the clearances at the swingarm and the can and to the tire to 1 inch.

Purchased and installed an Ali Express titanium alloy de-cat header.

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806722400776.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.3.187ff19cfjbZVg&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt

Quality and fit looks decent.  Mounted up without much drama.  I had to use a pipe flaring tool to expand the high mount mid pipe connection a bit as the opening had compressed down slightly from previously clamping it to the stock header connection.

Weighs considerably less than the stock header  - weight saving of 5 lb 1.3 oz or 2.32 kg.

It's a bit exposed with the Tusk skid plate where the cutout for the OEM cat/heat shield is.

As expected the bike is showing a CEL (P0030) and the red triangle alert indication on the dash with the O2 sensor out of the loop.

Doesn't sound terribly loud either - I've left the Black Widow dB killer insert in although I've swiss cheesed the entire length/perimeter of the insert with ~1/8" holes.  In stock form only the first 1/3 of the insert is perforated.

Next up is to send the ECU off for re-flashing.

Pictures below - I forgot to take pictures before re-installing the skid plate for a better view!!

I had the bike for almost a month... the first week I installed a USB charger and the upper crash bars:

Then some side Bags:

I still have the CamelADV tail tidy and TechSpec snake skin tank grips to install at home. And waiting on double take mirrors and brake cylinder guard to arrive.

After that, I'm only planning on some custom stickers and suspension adjustments... but I doubt I'll be able to stay at just that. lol.

Shaved another 4lbs off the bike with a Tusk Lithium battery.  With the new exhaust, this makes 8lbs shaved this week and about 15+lbs shaved total with single disc/battery/exhaust/rear pegs/misc..  I've probably added about 10lbs in racks/tools/hand guards/Nav/misc.  I think I'm done as she sits offroad travel ready at about the stock weight.

Did anyone notice my rear brake caliper mount now that it's unhidden by the exhaust?  I finally did and fixed it.

Sometimes idiots get lucky.
I've ridden 700 miles with it out of the groove since I spooned on the new tire! Most of the riding was offroad INCLUDING THE NEVADA RALLY and the 1st half of Sec 2 of the WABDR!
